Currently, we accept a range of insurances, including Aetna, Amerigroup, Anthem/BCBS, CareSource, Cigna, PeachState, and Georgia Medicaid insurances. For those who require it, we can provide a detailed bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. We highly recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly to obtain specific information regarding reimbursement, as this will give you a better understanding of the potential costs involved. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your insurance company will cover the cost of the evaluation, as policies may vary.
When is payment expected?
Any fees that are due for an appointment are expected to be paid at the beginning of each session, as part of our standard procedure. If you find that you are unable to pay the session’s cost for any reason, please do not hesitate to call the office to arrange for a rescheduling of the appointment. It is important to note that any outstanding balances on your account may result in canceled appointments, which we would like to avoid for the convenience of all parties involved.
